What Can I Do for You?
I can help you feel better and move forward in your life in positive ways. You may have made changes in your life hoping it would solve the problem, but it did not reach something deeper inside that seems to get in the way of you being the person you want to be and having the life you were meant to have.
Whether your desire is to be able to have a satisfying relationship, alleviate anxiety, become free from depression, recover from past trauma, overcome an addiction, or other life problem, many people come to me to remove the barriers in their lives so they can live more freely and find their way toward healthy living.
Credentials
For those interested in credentials and degrees, I am a licensed therapist, MFT, and I have completed a year of doctoral education in Clinical Psychology. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University. I’ve also earned certificates in advanced psychodynamic therapy and theory, EMDR and DBT. Additionally, I have training in family systems theories, solution-focused and solution oriented, CBT and integrated theories.
Furthermore, my life experiences, career path, and volunteer experiences have contributed to my ability to deeply understand a variety of issues and experiences, and to work well with a diverse group of people, from a variety of cultures, religions and backgrounds.
I have been a part of many people resolving interpersonal issues, overcoming areas of life they were stuck in, and learning healthy approaches to current life challenges. The main approach I take is relational in nature, identifying what the issues are, and helping you to work through it, in a sensitive, supportive and caring way, so you can make the changes you want in yourself, and your relationships. Whether it is a relationship, job, life decision, depression, anxiety, trauma, etc., it's important to look at oneself and what is at stake because staying stuck can take your life down a wrong path and waste so much time.
